Flaxseed

Medium-chain triglycerides (MCT) Oil molecules are smaller than those in most of the fats you eat, which are long-change triglycerides (LCT). I recommend either an MCT-8 Oil, or an MCT Oil that contains a combination of MCT-8 and MCT-10.
MCT Oil also enhances ketosis and maintaining ketogenic state. Although I myself do not participate in the KETO lifestyle strictly, benefit is surely enjoyed.

That means you would pay $33 for only 1.375 tablespoons at your local juice shop. $33 for 1.375 tablespoons versus $33 for 64 tablespoons if you bought it yourself. You’re paying a 4,554.55% price increase just for that one add on. Some shops do the same with chia seed or flax seed. Instead of adding in a Tablespoon, they only add a pinch. For those that turn a blind eye to such price gouging, pay thousands more per year if they add this on for their daily coffee or juice.
MCT 8 Oil
-Since C8 is easier for the body to breakdown compared to C10 or other MCT Oils, C8 is an arguably more efficient source of energy.
-If fast energy and enhanced athletic performance are on your checklist (they definitely are on mine), MCT 8 Oil is a MUST.

Collagen is a protein responsible for healthy joints and skin elasticity or stretchiness. You can either buy it as a supplement, ingest it through various foods, and your body also makes it naturally. When your body produces it naturally, it requires: Proline, Glycine, Vitamin C, Zinc, and Copper.
As we age, our existing collagen breaks down, and it becomes more difficult for the body to make more. This is even more true after women (assigned female at birth) have gone through menopause. Generally amongst all humans, our body increasingly struggles to absorb enough the nutrients it needs to make collagen. But guess what, eating enough collagen-rich foods, top-tier collagen sourced supplements, and these Hanz Ultra Drinks will keep your body stronger and healthier as you get older.

The Collagen Powder I use in this drink is hydrolyzed collagen peptides, type I, II, and III. Every now and then, around every 2-4 weeks, I interchange the source to include IV, and V. I always recommend the collagen from my personal brand Oblivion Supplements because we are always finding fresh, filtered, and natural sources. One month, I recommend a beef source, another a marine source, another a plant source. It IS expensive overall, especially for a lifelong commitment to have it every single day at the recommended dose of 20-40 grams per day depending on weight, sex, and age. They know when women are group-sad; Let’s say Ariana Grande cries in an interview, all her female fans cry with her, that interview gets interrupted with a commercial for the “newest Collagen making rounds around the world” for only 4 payments of $49.99 for a 3 months supply of Collagen at 5 grams per serving. Five grams won’t do shit, by the way. You do need 20-40, daily for at least 6 months. So there are the ladies being tricked to be sad by a celebrity they follow, then immediately be asked, “IS YOUR SKIN SAGGING? ARE YOU OVER 25 YEARS OLD? DO YOU LIKE STARBUCKS? ARE YOU A WOMAN?? YOU NEED THIS NEW SUPPLEMENT FOR YOUR SAGGING ASS SKIN, YOU LADY! AND WOW, EVEN ARIANA IS TAKING COLLAGEN AT HEAR PEAK CAREER!! SO HAS THIS OTHER CELEBRITY!!!” Bam, they do indeed vulture around the insecure.
If I had simply tried Collagen on my own, rather than waiting for that year-round investment for two people, I would have continued paying the regular price (not the Ariana Grande crying infomercial price, the regular price at your local Walmart so long as there is proof of high quality sourcing). The benefits are real, they do take a few months, but the results other people see are undeniable after 6 months, and they become extreme beyond one year.
