Valentine
Valentine’s Workout. Wait, WHAT?!
It’s that time again: Chocolate, eating out, stuffing our faces with some gourmet chips, salsa, and ice cream!!!
Ok, well maybe not all of that- but some is ok 😉
As it hits midnight, the question arises of whether we should workout on Valentine’s day or go on a date. What about doing both? Or maybe the workout is the date, and the dinner is at home (of course a 32oz steak!) The truth is that you can take a day off, if it’s your rest day or you simply planned everything ahead of time. Just make sure you eat what you would normally eat: if you eat something way too unhealthy, it’s going to affect your weekend workouts.
Here’s a nice saying I like to live by:
And it’s very true. My girlfriend and I have had a fitness aspect into our daily regime, amongst dozens of other couples that are in ChallengeToLive, Inc. We have found out that the healthier we are, the sexier we feel, and being able to workout together bring a bond that is strong, fun, and lasting. For the older couples (50+), the spark is lit up again, and the anti-aging process begins. It’s true that eating great and working out is the fountain of youth and the same goes for the secret of a constant magnetic attraction. Don’t let the factor of being in a relationship stop you from looking great, as much as people say looks don’t matter, science has proved that within the first 8 seconds of looking at someone we decide if we want them or not (personality, history, and many other factors come into play if our instinctive attraction says YES in those first 8 seconds).
So I suggest a small workout if you’re going to eat a decent meal. Or a full rack of ribs if you’ll be involved in a mean, sweaty, growling filled couple’s workout (no pun intended).
