Planning For Better

When it comes to changing our lives, we have two different choices- the Coin Toss Dilemma.  Most people look at a huge change, and the step-by-step process.  If we would want a new home, for example, the two choices would be: 1 Move out completely and get a new home and 2 Slowly save up to purchase the house financially stable or change the current house they live in one room at a time.  The problem with major decisions like this is that most people get so nervous or stressed with either choice that they end up choosing none.

This happens a lot more often than we think, and it happened to me this entire month.  Personally, I have many different Career paths, and having to choose only one to focus on or spread out my time with the many… well, I felt overwhelmed and decided to wait and see how life plays out.  It killed me to “just let the pieces fall” because I am ambitions, very impatient, a go-getter, and I live what I preach.  I had to do something that’s even rarer than making a choice, and I want you to do the same when it comes to something similar:

Uniting All Your Choices Into One

The Paths I had were: Author, Public Speaker, Health/Fitness Coach, Entrepreneur Ho Help Others Create A Healthy/Wealthy Home Business, and College Student.  Up until now, it has been very hectic, pressuring, pleasant, and frustrating experience juggling it all at once.  At times, I felt like just closing one part of my life off to take a break.  Except I can’t.  I won’t be able to fall asleep or my performance in some aspect in my life slows down.  After thing much about the problem, I came to an epiphany: all these paths can unite if I structure them accordingly!!

As a Health/Fitness Coach, I can teach others to build a Healthy/Wealthy Home Business of their own, and in turn leads me to become an Entrepreneur, altogether gives me great material to write my books, and the entire experience with attending my University gives me wise insight to Speak Publicly.  Astounding!!  Everything is connected, I just had to find a way to make them all follow a direction or be going to a common goal and it simplified everything.

The best part is that I did this before the New Year.  I Challenge you to do the same- find something you want to change, and you might even think it conflicts with what you’re comfortable doing right now! Find a way to make the dots connect and relieve the stress while giving you the best of all the parts in your life.  After all, what’s life if we have to get rid of things that make us happy?
